SkyFall's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the price paid for the tickets. We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, fire, flood, war, or acts of God.

• If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the rest shall remain in force.
• The governing law is the local law of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
