Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order/requested services at least 48 hours before the flight time. They have the option to reschedule to another available time or receive a full refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  • If a customer cancels their ticket(s) less than 48 hours before the flight, no refunds can be issued.
  • If the flight (order/requested services) is cancelled by us, the customer can reschedule to another available time or receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used, and the transfer may take up to 45 days.
  • Personal customer service will be provided to assist with cancellations and rescheduling.
  • Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment and may take 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
